How Coaching Matters for Family Matters:

The field of professional coaching has steadily emerged since the 1990s and may be generally defined as a partnership between a trained coach and individual clients who aim to develop, strengthen or improve aspects of their personal or professional lives. A range of coaching specialties have emerged for helping people optimize their potential to be who and how they want to be in the world; this program will focus on conflict management coaching.

Conflict management coaching, also known as conflict coaching, is a process designed specifically for working with people who want to "be" in conflict more effectively - to independently manage their disputes more effectively or generally, improve their conflict competence.

This interactive program will be conducted by certified coach, mediator and former family lawyer Cinnie Noble, who is a pioneer of conflict management coaching. She has found that coaching matters for family matters and she will share different ways in which this process may be used to help attorneys and clients find their way through and past conflict in their personal and professional lives.
